MANÜ Telehealth Review: Following the Care From Intake to Pharmacy

MANÜ advertises virtual weight-loss care with compounded injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its public documentation outlines a care pathway, but leaves important questions about clinical responsibility, state availability, billing and delivery.

A telehealth weight-loss service is not one transaction. A patient submits health information, a clinician decides whether to treat, a pharmacy prepares and dispenses medication, and someone must handle follow-up and delivery problems. MANÜ Telehealth advertises this connected experience, including a free initial assessment, prescription review and medication shipped to the home. The central question is how clearly its documentation assigns responsibility at each handoff—not simply whether its website offers a convenient starting point.

The public pages consulted October 19, 2026 document a real advertised GLP-1 offering: compounded injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide. They also contain material inconsistencies. The homepage describes coverage in all 50 states, while the privacy policy restricts use to Florida residents. Different documents describe MANÜ as a healthcare practice and as a nonmedical facilitator. This review follows the advertised care journey, separating what the service documents from what a prospective patient still needs confirmed before paying.

First identify who would actually provide your care

The intake form gives the clearest initial division of responsibilities: the platform provides technology, while healthcare services come from Ziggy Telehealth LLC. The legal center likewise names Ziggy as the healthcare practice shown to patients as MANÜ Telehealth. Separately, it identifies Medoura as a technology platform owned and operated by CoFabri LLC, expressly stating that Medoura is not a medical practice, healthcare provider, pharmacy, laboratory or emergency service.

The general terms use a different description. They say MANÜ Telehealth is not a licensed medical provider and does not practice medicine, instead facilitating connections with independent licensed healthcare professionals. These descriptions may concern different parts of the arrangement, but the consulted documentation does not reconcile them. A patient should obtain the treating practice’s name, the clinician’s identity and the billing entity rather than assuming that every MANÜ-branded interaction comes from the same organization.

The team page names Cristina, Nadja and Richard as nurse practitioners and Selvia as a family nurse practitioner. Meanwhile, the semaglutide page says an approved patient will receive a prescription from a board-certified physician. Neither statement establishes which professional an individual will see. Surnames, license numbers and state assignments were not established here, and credentials were not independently verified. Our guide to clinicians and telehealth platforms explains why these distinctions matter when arranging care.

Confirm location before proceeding with intake

Geographic eligibility is the most immediate unresolved access issue. The homepage says MANÜ currently has licensed providers and pharmacy coverage in all 50 U.S. states. It qualifies that statement: coverage can change as its network and pharmacy licensing evolve, and entering an address in the intake is supposed to confirm current service availability. That is an advertised verification step, not independent confirmation that every applicant can be served.

The privacy policy directly conflicts with that national message. It says services are not currently available to residents outside Florida and tells non-Florida residents not to access or use them. It also states that services are unavailable to people located outside the United States or resident in another country. These are substantive restrictions, not a minor difference in promotional wording. The consulted pages do not establish which domestic coverage statement governs current enrollment.

For a prospective patient outside Florida, the practical next step is to ask MANÜ to reconcile these statements before submitting a full health history or payment. A favorable address check alone would not explain the conflicting privacy language. The terms also require users to be at least 18 and to provide accurate, current and complete information. The form offers EN and ES options, but that does not confirm a fully Spanish-language clinical and support service.

The free assessment starts an application, not a prescription

The intake begins by requesting an email address and phone number so applicants can start or resume their application. It advertises a free assessment taking less than five minutes, with nothing charged at that stage. That describes the estimated time to complete the assessment, not the time until a clinician responds. The homepage says applicants answer questions about health goals and medical history for review by professionals the service describes as licensed.

Both medicine pages describe intended candidates as adults with a BMI of at least 30, or at least 27 with weight-related conditions. These are published screening descriptions, not a promise of acceptance. The terms say a provider-patient relationship begins only when the professional explicitly accepts the patient for treatment. Whether to prescribe remains that professional’s decision. The semaglutide page advertises no required in-person visits, but the exact consultation format and review turnaround are not established.

The documentation does not define mandatory laboratory testing, associated laboratory charges or a process for applicants already using a GLP-1 medicine. Those gaps matter when comparing a brief questionnaire with a complete clinical evaluation. NIDDK advises discussing current medicines, supplements, allergies, health conditions and pregnancy plans with the clinician. Our first-consultation preparation guide can help organize those questions without treating an advertised BMI threshold as an individualized eligibility decision.

Establish the exact product before the pharmacy handoff

MANÜ’s documented weight-loss offerings are compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, both injectable. Its semaglutide page says compounded medication is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy pursuant to a patient-specific prescription and is not FDA approved. The homepage also acknowledges that FDA has not evaluated the compounded medicines for safety, quality or efficacy. The ingredient name alone therefore does not identify an FDA-approved finished product.

FDA recommends compounded drugs when an individual’s medical needs cannot be met by an FDA-approved drug, with a prescription and a state-licensed pharmacy. Compounded preparations do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality. That distinction does not, by itself, prove clinical inequivalence or validate or condemn MANÜ. A useful consultation should explain why the proposed preparation is being considered for that patient, rather than relying on the brand’s general promotional description.

The catalog extends beyond these two medicines. MIC Ultraburn is marketed as an injectable methionine, inositol and choline add-on to GLP-1 treatment; its advertised benefits are provider claims, not outcomes established in this review. Other listed products include NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and Bliss Tabs. Their presence does not establish that they are included in a weight-loss package. Patients should distinguish the prescribed preparation, any optional add-on and the instructions attached to each.

Dispensing and delivery belong to a separate part of the chain

MANÜ explicitly says it is not an internet pharmacy and does not dispense, ship or distribute medication from its own facility or website. Its notice says prescribed medicines are dispensed exclusively from a U.S. 503A pharmacy. The privacy policy names Boudreaux, Shields Pharmacy and Hallandale as pharmacies that prepare and ship prescribed medication. These are documented relationships, not independent verification of licenses or confirmation that a particular pharmacy will handle every patient’s order.

The advertised process is direct-to-home delivery from a pharmacy described as licensed, with free shipping and discreet packaging. However, the consulted documentation does not establish clinical-review, pharmacy-preparation or arrival deadlines. Nor does it specify cold-chain arrangements or replacement terms for damaged clinical shipments. A claim of fast delivery is not an arrival guarantee. Before payment, the pharmacy-handoff checklist can help identify which pharmacy to contact and which milestones remain outstanding.

Delivery instructions are especially important for injectable medication. FDA advises not using an injectable GLP-1 product that arrives warm or with insufficient refrigeration, and contacting the provider or dispensing pharmacy to resolve concerns. This is not a finding that MANÜ shipments arrive improperly; it is the relevant precaution where the service’s delivery safeguards remain undocumented. FDA also reports measurement and administration errors with compounded products, making clear prescriber or pharmacist instructions an essential part of fulfillment.

Get the complete charge before accepting recurring care

The homepage advertises GLP-1s from $4 per day in one block and from $5 per day in another. Both mention free shipping. Neither block establishes the medicine, supply duration, presentation or commitment needed to receive that starting price, and the difference is unexplained. These figures should not be converted into a purported monthly bill. Complete semaglutide and tirzepatide prices, initial collection amounts and subsequent cycle charges were not established in the consulted documentation.

The FAQ says each medication package includes the online consultation, medication, supplies and shipping. That is useful, but it does not settle whether particular laboratory work or additional services carry separate charges. MIC Ultraburn is advertised starting at $150 without a specified supply period or billing frequency. Insurance acceptance, medication coverage, prior-authorization assistance and HSA or FSA payment were not established; general references to insurers in a privacy document do not answer those purchasing questions.

The terms say certain services use recurring billing at the fee and frequency disclosed at purchase. They also permit subscription price changes with advance notice, treating continued use after the effective date as acceptance. Before authorizing payment, request an itemized quote showing the exact injectable preparation, included supplies, billing interval and renewal terms. Promotional codes have their own conditions, may apply only to selected products and may expire without notice; an advertised discount is not a documented ongoing price.

Follow-up is advertised, but its operating details remain open

The institutional page promises continuous support, regular check-ins, progress tracking and treatment-plan adjustments when needed. It also advertises regular follow-up consultations and 24/7 patient support. These statements establish the intended ongoing service, but not the interval between clinical visits, who handles each message or how quickly a prescribing professional responds. A prospective patient should ask what happens between shipments and how clinical concerns are escalated beyond general customer support.

The legal center adds an important qualification: messages, forms, intake submissions and refill requests may not be reviewed immediately. Medoura is not for emergencies or conditions requiring immediate attention. It directs emergencies to 911 or an emergency department and U.S. mental-health crises to calling or texting 988. Thus, 24/7 support should not be read as continuous clinician availability, immediate refill approval or an emergency-care promise.

NIDDK describes follow-up as monitoring tolerance and response, not simply continuing payments. MANÜ’s public pages do not specify the concrete schedule that would put that principle into practice. Ask who reviews progress, whether follow-up consultations are included in the quoted package and how to report problems between appointments. Our guide to ongoing GLP-1 support provides a framework for distinguishing an available messaging channel from a defined clinical follow-up plan.

Know who handles cancellation, refunds and records

The general subscription terms allow cancellation by emailing info@manutelehealth.com. Unless otherwise specified, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no refund for partial periods unless legally required. The broader policy makes sales final, subject to stated exceptions, and says refunds generally are unavailable once services have been rendered or medication dispensed. Stopping future enrollment therefore should not be confused with reversing a charge for care already provided.

If MANÜ cancels an order after payment, its terms promise a full refund to the original payment method and reasonable efforts to notify the patient. A different rule applies to nutrition-store subscriptions: cancellation requests must arrive at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal, or that cycle’s charge and shipment may proceed. The terms make the store-specific rules controlling for nutrition-store transactions; that deadline should not automatically be transferred to clinical subscriptions.

The legal center directs billing, refund, subscription, pharmacy and shipment questions to the responsible practice, merchant, pharmacy or other provider identified in the workflow or receipt. Save those details rather than relying only on the brand name. The privacy policy also permits requesting an electronic or paper health-record copy or summary, usually within 30 days, with a possible reasonable cost-based fee. That access route matters if care is later transferred to another clinician.

Questions & answers

Can I use MANÜ if I live outside Florida?

The consulted documentation does not resolve that. The homepage advertises coverage in all 50 states, subject to confirmation through the applicant’s address. The privacy policy says services are unavailable outside Florida and tells nonresidents not to use them. Ask MANÜ to reconcile these statements for your location before proceeding; neither statement should simply be ignored.

Sources: [7] [10]
Does the free assessment guarantee treatment?

No. The advertised free assessment is an application step estimated to take less than five minutes, with nothing charged at that stage. The terms reserve treatment acceptance and prescribing decisions to the treating professional. They do not guarantee a prescription, and the assessment’s completion estimate does not establish a clinical-review deadline.

Sources: [3] [11]
Which pharmacy would send my medication?

MANÜ says dispensing occurs exclusively through a U.S. 503A pharmacy, not through MANÜ itself. Its privacy policy names Boudreaux, Shields Pharmacy and Hallandale, but does not establish an individual patient’s assignment. Request the dispensing pharmacy’s name and contact information before fulfillment, including who handles instructions, shipping concerns and any problem with the received preparation.

Sources: [7] [10]
What would I actually pay for semaglutide or tirzepatide?

A complete product-specific charge is not established. The homepage’s starting claims of $4 and $5 per day do not identify the applicable supply or commitment. MANÜ says packages include consultation, medication, supplies and shipping. Ask for the first charge, renewal amount, billing interval and any separate laboratory or service fees before authorizing recurring payment.

Sources: [7] [11]
Does 24/7 support mean a clinician responds immediately?

No immediate clinical response is documented. MANÜ advertises 24/7 patient support and regular follow-up, but does not publish a response-time commitment in the consulted pages. Its legal center explicitly warns that messages and refill requests may not be reviewed immediately. Ask which channel reaches the clinical team and what response window applies to nonemergency concerns.

Sources: [5] [8]
Will canceling my subscription produce a refund?

Not automatically. General cancellation normally takes effect at the current cycle’s end, without a partial-period refund. The terms generally exclude refunds after services or dispensing, while promising a full refund if MANÜ cancels a paid order. The separate requirement to contact MANÜ at least 48 hours before renewal concerns nutrition-store subscriptions, not an established universal clinical deadline.

Our assessment

MANÜ documents the broad components of a virtual weight-loss pathway: intake, discretionary prescribing, compounded injectable medicines, outside-pharmacy fulfillment and advertised follow-up. Its explicit pharmacy separation and package-inclusion statement are useful. The weaknesses lie at the handoffs: conflicting state availability, inconsistent descriptions of clinical responsibility, incomplete medicine-specific prices and undefined response and delivery timelines. Before enrolling, obtain confirmation of your state’s availability, treating practice and clinician, dispensing pharmacy, complete recurring charge and follow-up arrangements. This documentary record supports describing MANÜ’s advertised service, but not endorsing its clinical outcomes or treating its promotional claims as verified performance.
